BPCL Conference-Poovar Island
Enveloped in serene Kerala backwaters, flanked by the Arabian Sea on the East and the majestic towering Ghats to the West, opening out to the ocean and a dream golden beach, Poovar Island is a tropical paradise. Hosting a 3 day conference for BPCL was just yet another feather in the fedora for us. The logistics were a real test . All equipments for set design, light and sound were to taken across in boats over a week prior to the event. The issues tackled were strict budgets, language barriers and extremely high wind speed, thus making the setup a compelling task to remember. With right resources and planning the event was executed with complete ease.
